From the coach station (citylink or gobus):

Walk over to the traffic lights, cross the road to the tourist center and continue on to the large opening that's not quite a park and not quite a Plaza. This is Eyre square. Follow directions below;

From Eyre square:

Continue diagonally towards Ulster bank then continue down shop street, (the one that looks like a smaller cheaper, grafton street, see brown thomas). As soon as you come to brown thomas, take a right. continue down this road (eglinton street) until you come to the traffic lights. At the lights take a left and continue accross the bridge. At the Cathedral take a right and continue past two more bridges. Take the seccond right turn and you're on campus. Follow map to climbing wall.

From A Driver's perspective:

From the Dublin Road into Galway follow the signs for Clifden until you reach the stop/go roundabout (the roundabout with traffic lights). Take the first exit to cross the quincentenial bridge (the only propper-looking road bridge in Galway). As soon as you come to the traffic lights (topaz) take a left. Continue on till you see ulster bank on you left and take the immediate left turn onto the campus. Find parking up ahead on your left and you should see the wall from there.
